Our auditing, tax consulting and management consultancy office is located in the centre of Dresden with excellent public transport connections.
Karsten Schmidt (Dipl.-Betriebswirt) has been working in the profession since September 1988 - as an auditor since 1997. He draws his knowledge from more than 30 years of professional experience in large and medium-sized companies. After 20 years in a partnership firm with four other tax advisors, he founded his own firm at the beginning of 2018.
Our firm has highly qualified employees who competently cover all tasks of tax law, auditing and management consultancy. If required, they can also work in other areas.
All of them have a qualified professional qualification in tax consultancy and/or auditing or with a commercial orientation and the necessary special knowledge.
Due to ongoing changes in tax legislation, company law regulations and the internationalisation of accounting (IAS, US-GAAP), we have increased our investments in internal and external training and further education measures. Through these investments we ensure the professional quality of our work. Every day anew.
All our employees have a flexible PC workstation that can be used both in the office and in the home office. The workstations are networked with each other.
By using software specially developed by DATEV eG, Nuremberg, we are able to carry out largely paperless processing of the tasks assigned to us. State-of-the-art tools are integrated into the software as aids for analysing the accounting material accumulated by the client. This software thus supports the efficient and effective processing of your assignments.
The process organisation of our office is laid down in our quality management manual through job descriptions, procedural and work instructions in all areas.
The firm's objectives, organisational structure, job descriptions, procedural and work instructions comply with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000.
The set of rules ensures that errors are recognised as quickly as possible, and the causes of errors are eliminated.
We hold staff meetings and internal audits at regular intervals. This maintains a continuous improvement process.
